There Is Hope!
We want you to know that BDD is not your fault and that you are not alone. Even though Body Dysmorphic Disorder can be difficult to overcome, there is hope on the horizon. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and medication management have been shown to reduce the symptoms associated with BDD and can provide long-term relief for many sufferers.
